1.What's the process?

Step 1: Provide us with your design or design concept.
Step 2: Quotation & Sampling.
Step 3: Contract signing and down payment.
Step 4: Material sourcing.
Step 5: PB samples (Pre-bulk production) and confirmation.
Step 6: Mass production.
Step 7: Delivery.

2. What's the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per model and color.

3. How long does the entire process take?

The duration depends on the time required for each step. Typically, a timeline is agreed upon during the contracting phase, and our factory strives to meet the lead time specified in the contract.

4. Which shipping port do you use?

Our default shipping port is Shenzhen or Guangzhou China. However, we can arrange to ship from other ports in China as well, though additional transportation fees may apply.

5. What's your quality guarantee?

With over 20 years of experience, we have been supplying renowned brands worldwide. Additionally, we have an in-house quality control team that conducts internal audits and welcomes external on-site audits.

6.Is there a sample fee?

A sample fee is charged upon request. However, this fee may be absorbed and deducted from the total fees if you place an order with us.

7.What are your environmental standards?

All our bags can be tested to meet their ESG requirements. As part of our social responsibility, we are committed to continuously improving our environmental practices throughout the manufacturing process.

8.What are the payment terms?

A down payment is required after signing the contract and before we commence material procurement. The remaining balance is due upon shipping.
